okay can we talk about what would happen if the foxes all had to live in a frat house together instead of in a dorm with other people? like just imagine all the shit that would change:

• tbh the name is probably something lame like “the den” becuase y’know foxes and all that
• they’d still room the same way they do in the books
  
• like it starts off matt neil seth, aaron andrew kevin nicky,
• and by the end its neil and andrew in the smaller room with the other four in the monsters room
• (andrew is fine being away from kevin and his protection becuase he’s literally next door with no locked doors)
• (but also he won’t have to murder kevin for complaining about neil and andrew again when he walks in on them )
• but they’d probably have to share a bathroom or smthn 
• like 2 bathrooms in the house one for the guys and one for the girls
• and the girls bathroom is only shared by 3 people so it’s really clean and nice
• while the guys bathroom is a literal hazard zone
• and for some reason always reeks of smoke?
• (it’s becuase it’s the only place with a window that opens wide enough for andrew to smoke without going outside)
• which brings up another thing: the roof
• the roof is significantly lower than fox tower and also harder to get onto
• like maybe they can climb out onto a smaller room from a window but the top roof is a pain to get to
• so anytime andreil want their Roof Time™ they have to climb up to it
• (not a good thing to try and do while drunk)
• and there’s only like 1 common tv area so there are obviously a lot more fights about the tv
• like kevin will come back while no one is home and just turn on the exy espn channel
• like he’ll be in a completely other part of the house where he can’t see or hear the tv and yet??
• why does he do that?? is he going to absorb the information through proximity?? 
• and then nicky or matt come in and are ready to like game or smthn and they change it and kevin comes out of nowhere like “wtf i was watching that”
• (it’s like that parent thing where they’re fallin asleep and you change the channel and they get angry at you)
• but then someone figures out how to put the parental lock on so kevin can’t watch exy
• (y’all know it was allison. if she had to hear kevin say one more thing abt exy outside of practice she was going to lose her mind)
• and then there’s the kitchen
• everything has to be labeled always otherwise it’s a free for all of stealing food someone else buys
• kevin takes up most of the fridge with fruits and veggies and shit
• (probably a fuckton of kale too)
• and the freezer is full of vodka and ice cream 
• (a good choice for atheles)
• when wymack comes to get them or just to pop in to make sure no one has been murdered lately he sees the disaster that is the kitchen and walks straight out of the house
• and the house itself is kinda gross looking but y’all know fashion extraordinaire allison reynolds makes it cute
• like nice fairy lights colorful curtains etc. 
• there’s also probably a whole room of old exy equipment
• and when kevin needs extra practice but doesn’t want to go to the court he stuff out to the backyard and plays
• (this gives the added difficulty of the long uncut grass)
• (”who’s turn is it to cut the damn grass??!?”)
• theres also gotta be an undone chore chart
• like dan tried to implement it but we all know a good portion of the team doesn’t care or isn’t there (*cough cough* AARON)
• basically it’s a shitshow and no one knows why it worked out this way but it does
